Types of Coaching Sessions

Regular Coaching sessions are available in person or by telephone or Skype.

The first session is 90 minutes.

Following sessions are 1 hour.

Intensive coaching is available (4 hours).

Coaching holidays in Sintra (in Portugal) can also be arranged - with at least 2 hours of Health, Self-Realisation, or Sexual Integration coaching per day (or up to 8 hours per day if desired).

The Source of this Work

Many spiritual teachers and teachings have contributed to my understanding in one way or another, but the work that I do at the most profound level is always happening now, without reference to the past. It is therefore both inspired and inspiring. It is a revelation of Spiritual Power, of Spiritual Genius - not mine, but Universal.

The insights that I share as a Spiritual Coach do not belong to me or to my teachers - they are the language of Life, flowing from the Source. They are not a doctrine or a set of teachings of any kind. They are not to be 'kept', they are to be experienced and they are to be fully dissolved in your experience. They are living water in which you too are to be dissolved.

All that my teachers have done for me and all that I do for you is to help to dissolve any sense of disconnection from the Source. No doctrine is required, and none can substitute this connection - this union - with the Source.

What is this 'Source'? Am I talking about 'God'? Maybe... it depends on what 'God' means to you.

I am talking about pure Consciousness, Life, Love... the origin and ground of our being, and our true unconditioned nature.
